PK - 12 Guidance Counselor
Midway Public School is looking for a full-time PK-12 School Guidance Counselor for the 2024-2025 school year. The district is looking for a motivated individual that is willing to work with teachers and students to promote a positive learning environment. Coaching and advising opportunities are available.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ND State Certification in School Counseling or the ability to obtain by August 1, 2024.
Ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff and the school community.

Paraprofessional
Midway is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide support and assistance to students with special needs within our educational institution. As a paraprofessional, you will work closely with special education teachers and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of special education practices, principles, and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
