This week, our Midway staff secretly participated in an underground dress-up challenge! Each day, we dressed up in a new theme to see if our students could catch on and figure out what’s happening. Our 4th graders took on an exciting STEM challenge: designing and building their own pumpkin catapults! 🎃 With teamwork, creativity, and a lot of problem-solving, they launched mini pumpkins across the room and had a blast learning about physics in action. 🎃 A huge thank you to our amazing PTO for all their hard work on this year's Boo Grams! They made and sold over 700 Boo Grams, spreading spirit throughout our school and making everyone’s day a little brighter. 🌟 We’re so grateful for their dedication and creativity. Midway Elementary Costume Parade!

Parent Teacher conferences are on November 7th. For high school seniors and their parents, we have TRIO coming in for FAFSA and financial aid questions for college. Job service will also have a booth to discuss opportunities for workforce and career training.

We had the pleasure of welcoming visitors all the way from Kenya! David Mbae and Dorothy Kagendo toured our food pantry, visited our elementary classrooms, and shared their insights and experiences with students as guest speakers in our World History class. It was an incredible opportunity for our students to learn about life in Kenya and hear first-hand stories about a different culture.
